In spite of strongly encouraging ourselves to believe we are free, 

we are sometimes unable to move.

 Unwillingly we accumulate a great many of experiences contradictory to what we 

fondly call „our nature“ leading to discomfort, resentment and self-aggression. 

 A deeply felt human need: 

We all fight to get free - not from others but from ourselves. 

I want to break me.
